Our hassle-free return & exchange program is design for customer satisfaction. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and an 18% restocking fee will be applied to each of your items. To qualify for returns and exchange, the complaint must be within 10 days after the item is received. Also, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees and after it is proved an address will be provided.

The following exceptions apply for the Return and Exchange Program:

  • Damaged 
  • Torn 
  • Sent wrong Item, Color, Style, phone case 
  • Item/s not received

 

Step 1: Provide Details
If you are not satisfied with the product(s), contact our customer service first and submit the following:
-Item/Product number
-Item link
-Order Number
-Unedited photos and/videos
-Ticket for return address and 
-Reason for return. 

Step 2: Prepare Item to be Shipped
Once the information is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a returns address. After which, place your unused, undamaged or altered item(s) with all necessary tags and invoice in a securely sealed and original shipping package. 

Step 3: Ship Item/s
Email our customer service the tracking #. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.

Step 4: Receiving A Refund                                                                                      A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item/s. 


**Note: If you return for refund, we will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

Depending on the processing time and countries, credit card refunds may take up to approximately 10 business day or more, which means it can vary greatly between credit card issuers. Fraudsters and Scammers BEWARE. Returning items that are not ours (replaces products) old outdated products, or products you broke/damage in an attempt to receive returns or a FREE product will be label as criminal behavior.  Please note that our items are routinely inspected and carefully package before we ship them out. Lastly, return items are heavily inspected and refunds will NOT be issued until the goods are carefully inspected, checked, and evaluated by our certified team.  As such, any false or misleading product or abuse or breach of our policy will be identified, followed by subsequent legal action.
